I don't have any particular preference regarding geography, but I need investments that don't require my physical presence (i.e., I am ready to pay as long as someone takes care of renting, maintenance, etc).Many Latin Americans are investing in Miami, where many companies offer the full service, but I see that the prices have already skyrocketed there.I would very much appreciate tips from the community.
