Digitizing real estate office

Hi,

I will be working with my grandfather to help digitize his office. He is 87 years old and nothing is computerized. He owns around 80 properties which are mostly leased out to national tenants. I am looking for information on software that could be used to scan all pertinent information for each property (lease documents, deeds, etc), with the ability to set up a profile for each property with tenant, and lease information.
