Hi MarianTo address your question,,,,,Honestly I do not like pull out sprays on kitchen faucets and I would never put one in a rehab or a rental,,,,too many moving parts,,,too many problemsThe better machine is a good Moen or Chicago deck mount kitchen sink faucet with an 8" swing spout.You can rebuild these units over and over again with decades of use and abuse .The worst that can happen with obstruction in the spout is to get some sand or debris trapped insude.Then you simply replace the screw on aerator at the tip of the spout easy peezy.The Chicago Faucet is the closet thing ive ever seen to a "lifetime faucet".I take care of the L.A.

I will say, generally speaking, rentals are the strongest right now. 1) lending for home purchase has tightened greatly, greater difficulty qualifying to purchase a home = more renters.2) market average pricing is at a near dead = price with rental rates. meaning far easier to cash flow WITH financing3) many markets are seeing the smallest vacency rate in decades.

This reduces your initial out of pocket expense and creates a long-term relationship that will be a big part of your future investments and success. those kind of partnerships need to be crafted very carefully.. the biggest Bru ha ha s I have gotten into over the decades were with minor partners.. were we are singed on the debt and the minor partner thinks they are the reason for success..
