Hi guys,I have been doing SFH for a couple of years now in Idaho, Tennessee, and Alabama.

I think one of the reasons has to do with the proximity to LA and SD, it's just a couple of hours drive, which makes travel easier for large groups. 

Was thinking about setting up a simple WordPress booking site, and I’ve downloaded a couple apps like Cozi (literally just downloaded it) and was thinking about setting up individual properties as “family members” etc but... love to hear what’s proven as easy and simple.

I have one and have not had to change the battery more than once in a couple of years or so.

I have a couple of great contacts in the Portland area if you want to sit down and discuss with them.

There is some hands on exp but it’s mostly all theory and most of the information can be found online(I took a couple of electrical engineering classes) and to be honest the first thing most students do when they have any assignment and project is hop on Google....oh wow here’s the entire information or 90% of it and explained better....... most of what’s taught in school is now free online soooooo at this point it kind of makes you question traditional education since so much can be learnt for free or at a significant cheaper cost.

That's why the last couple of years I've been working on acquiring new friends.

I have been to a couple of investor meetings and the topic of wholesaling gets brought up almost every time.

Things moved really quickly for me since I introduced myself in the BP forums couple of months back.
