It doesnt end until a few people end up dead from these situations.

Most people put that on top of their mantle and it's a disaster.

There is an office that is detached from the house that we could make super cute and promote as a private haven for people and do a few more fun things with the large space of the backyard. 

In Lake Tahoe having more beds is better sometimes because the average daily rate is higher so more people generally want to split the cost.

Learn what a good tenant looks like, then learn how to screen people so you can select good tenants.
