What does counting hordes of illegals tell us?

And people think Ai is going to replace accountants.one can argue that apartments.com is just a processing the payment and not actually holding the funds to transfer out.If apartments.com all of a sudden reverses the payment for insufficient funds?

Maybe, but so far the reports are about neighborhoods where people have real money.

I know BiggerPockets already has a number of great calculators, but is there anything niche that people are interested in?

The other day I started the thread Why do people Buy Property in California? 

I don't understand if I count since I'm living in the property or if it's only the tenants that count towards the limit of individuals that are unrelated living together.

I agree more people need to inquire. 

Very unfortunate as continue to see people who are providing others with money and not understanding until its too late that their money was never secured and was gone the moment they wired those funds

We always check the assessor as we see people trying to boost unit count when it's not actually true.  

I use $2500 to pay expenses and save what's left in a fund for repairs etc...So I can count on approx 5K/month in gross income.
