I prefer my VRBO guests, because it pays me better, they are older (grandparents, adult children and grandkids) and take better care of the property.

I teach science to low income children at residential wilderness camps, and I've been invited to help start a new camp. 

I’m a bit reluctant since I have two small children; however, I could consider a duplex or something that still allowed our safety and separation from said tenants.

We took possession of one of the units on 9/1, and found that the previous tenants left several large pieces of furniture behind - a huge three person sofa, love seat and queen box spring.

Let alone making sure all the furniture looks great and small issues are dealt with.
