We both work full time, so I know this will be a challenge; however, I've been listening to quite a few podcasts and I'm motivated by those of you who have built portfolios with full time jobs.

I also commend you for your goal of $200 Door/50 units but would challenge you on your thinking.

This is in a town of 4K, and finding good help to do the work has been a challenge...

Here in London, stuff around the university is more costly but demands higher rent than the college.Having 5 people on a lease is also a challenge.

To nip confusion in the bud before it happens, I make sure that there is explicit language in my Statement of Work (engagement letter) to cover this stuff.  

Generally Niles is pretty good to work with if you have your ducks in a row prior to engaging with them.
