Most of the skip tracing sites will require you to have a business, business address, business phone number, business license.

Then you have to look up your own credit score and I assume provide them with proof of 700 middle score.If you are interested in them, I would just contact them and ask many questions.I do not see a privacy policy on the website nor a way to cancel or back out once committed.This could be remedied with a phone call to them.

Should I call them first to see get some general info or always just give the address/phone information to her to call and get me the info?

I have not been able to get the seller back on the phone, but I have not tried more than a few times because I want to have more info before I speak to him again.

stoney, i recommend going to a couple REI clubs on their free night: the rich club which is off hwy 290 and lu (lifestyles unlimited). go on the free intro nights and take a pen and paper. take copious notes and ask questions and get business cards and pamplets. then at the end of each seminar, leave quickly because they will try to sell you very expensive memberships which will not help you anymore than getting free information here on biggerpockets. i have done this many times and have numerous notes, information, phone numbers and business cards that i use in my rei.
