When they choose to buy or sell, are you providing that service in-house?

You don't depreciate paint and paneling could be in that vein.For example we did a bunch of work on our house after buying it and we expensed it all.

At the same time I will be selling my 1 bedroom coop to buy it not sure how long before coop apt (2bd ) will be available but real estate broker told me soon.
