Hello everyone, I'm a real estate agent located in serving the needs of luxury and move up residential buyers and sellers in the Greater Indianapolis area.

Wall Street bankers are looking at low bonuses this year, hedge fund returns are flat and some buyers of high-end real estate from China, Russia and the Middle East are cutting back.

The closing was rescheduled due to a change that the buyer wanted to make regarding the loan.

Basically I work for a company at corporate headquarters, which I consider my "home town", but I get sent out for extended assignments ranging from a few months up to a year.

Basically I think my question comes down to best use of my existing property.

I am not a lender so I cannot speak on all the first time home-buyer programs and from what I've heard they can very depending on your location.

1st-  One of them is in Georgia, I have a note with a land contract (Midway, 30315), tenant buyer is paying $425 per month at 10%. 

As Is simply means the seller is Not agreeing, up front, to do any lender/buyer requested repairs......period.

He has built up a portfolio of buyers and investors and moves properties quickly.
