We're building a payments + property management solution for small landlords at https://useatlas.co that's closer to venmo/cashapp, trying to make it really easy to both collect rent and manage properties.No pressure, but if you'd like to be an early user we're actively bringing landlords to beta.

Needless to say, they sat out back on their property speaking very loudly that "if I'm going to be like that, they'll build a huge ugly fence for me to look at".

This project features 1 of the 3 buildings with one being ONLY for AirBnb purposes.

I think most would disagree with the 15 year strategy but if you can afford it, its not a bad plan to build up some equity.

Unfortunately, building houses is very cash intensive.  

Would convert to flex building.
