While this would give "financial advisors" heart palpitations, my logic is this (by the way, I manage a 1/2billion dollar division of a fortune 100 org).

For me personally, the networking is worth price of admission along with the general boost of motivation you get from attending.

@Scott Rehm i'd look at VIP Realty and Heart and Home Realty. we've referred both and they manage units all over columbus 

I've got to agree with Aaron on this one ... the line of thinking you are pursuing is a surefire recipe for a miserable life IMO, and to add insult to injury it is also not likely to be as lucrative as you hope since you will not throw your heart into and be good at something you hate.

You want someone with the heart of a teacher, who can help you with strategy and doublecheck your numbers.
