Find a local cabinet shop in your area and I bet they will beat the big box stores and online.

If you were to rent your property to someone I bet you could find a lawyer who has a general lease agreement that you can have them alter if you have specific needs.Other than that, I hope someone with more knowledge and experience provides you some insight as well.Best of luck!

I'd bet the best move for you and your fiancee would be to househack a multifamily property.

I would also get a general contractor they would probably be your best bet.  

While the promissory note between me and the lender seems to be the best bet.

I bet they don't get such nice extensions and favors from those!

In the meantime while I dont have it though I fired my best bet would be an adjustable rate mortgage, because by the time it does adjust (3years most likely) I can refinance it into a va loan.
