You are not the only one sending to NODs and odds are they have a large stack of mailers on the table.In terms of copy, I prefer to tailor it to the prospect so something more addressing their financial situation and how you can solve such problem may be better.

With another, either hire someone to handwrite the addresses on the envelopes and brief notes like "Hi my name is Andrew and I would like to buy your house, please call me at ___" or look for a company that writes letters or addresses so they look handwritten.
