She was nothing but drama, often had problems (also from like 4 other people living in the 1bd, 1bth apt), had 2 bricks thrown at windows and broke them, but I think the best was when they showed us a youtube video is someone urinating on our/her front porch.   

Q5: I watched a bunch of Clint Coons's youtube videos and he mentioned that you should create a management LLC to manage all the income/expenses for all the children series LLCs.

He has written several books, has an awesome podcast and YouTube channel where he gives away a ton of info regarding all this stuff for free.

@Ryan Punter Between biggerpockets, YouTube and Google, you should be set.

Hey @Jainer Villafane a couple of thoughts of ways to look at this for yourself, without needing to go and buy some fancy data mining tool or something that a youtube guru is selling. 

Now this is not required at all, you can find anything you'd need to know here on BP, and on youtube.
