Wondering if that's a red flag to run for the hills

Just looking at the pictures  I’d do some of the following (priority dependent)New FlooringBathroom remodelPaintRepair any broke itemsKitchen refreshGeneral cleanup outsideMaybe some insulation and new sheet rock in some places  Looks good overall to me and I’d be interested in your after pictures to come

I guess when your town is rock bottom you have nowhere else to go but up.I did a Google search. 

To come on here and ask is just like going to the casino and letting all ride on black or red.

You can try the 3 below, none are really rock stars but it's just a dumpster company.
