A bunch of lenders lend on purchase money for rentals, or cash out REFI but every lender will be very different re the pain in the but, length of time, hoops to jump to get closed.

You need to really focus in on key pain points, then figure out what questions to ask the PM.

It is a pain to replace with the walls being almost like those of a prison.3- Electrical , go to the meter and open the box.

Hi Christy,Both the House and Senate version of the tax bill changed the Section 121 exclusion to 5 out of 8 years instead of 2 out of 5, so that is likely to be in the final bill after the conference reconciliation.I have been hearing that they are trying to get a bill onto Trump's desk by Christmas, so hopefully we will know soon what is going to happen.I have not seen anything about a grace period, but my suspicion is that Treasury will issue Regs providing some relief.
