Does anyone have experience with this market  and have suggestions for specific zip codes to buy, property management companies, and agents? 

Market to landlords who are at eviction court or have been cited for code violations.

The biggest considerations when I added 6 bathrooms in there:-Check if the electrical is up to snuff and will distribute to current code across many residential units, as opposed to when it was used as a factory under limited circumstances.

The pre-manufactured home I have in mind is going to be built to my local code before it ships, so I'm not concerned about the building itself.Outside of my underground MEP connections, are there any others that I must have besides my general building permit?

I would advise you file the eviction notice simply to protect yourself since I do not know your state landlord tenant codes and suspect you have not bothered to learn them either.Before you attempt to rent it again I suggest you take the time first to learn the laws, learn how to properly screen tenants and learn how to operate your business.

Lots of buyers around here pay somebody to inspect the property before closing and point out issues/code violations/poor craftsmanship.

In looking at the Las Vegas options, I see condos in the 89052 zip code seem to bring a little higher rents and by doing a quick Google of the zip code it also seems like a pretty good part of Henderson.

Also, the rent you get is determined by zip code in my areas, not how much her voucher is.

I use Qbo for all my real estate stuff and as long as it gets coded correctly it's very useful.
