Hello everyone i am a projext manager for a general contractor in GA. I was thinking about starting a consulting business. To help people in the real estate community that struggle with the construction part of real estate. I meet a lot of investors, first time home owners, and real estate agents that are very un experienced with quality of work. Alot of agents i meet will see a well staged home and think its great. However they fail to see obvious signs of poor craftsmanship. Also i see investors that hire general contractors and have no idea how to keep track of the quality of work. This ends up costing alot of money to many people. My Questions to the bp community is would you pay to talk to someone with experience that could help you with insight. I would also like to know how much does this service if provided mean to you.
