@Brad E.undefined  I just closed on a multi unit deal,, and if you have an agent and your paying him big bucks for the work along with title / closing fees  you deserve proper service,, a Assignment and Assumption of leases, along with rent roll, rent amount, rent status paid, unpaid, security deposit w interest amounts for each unit should be what your required to have..

While there is an Porto hold as a backup, those are not considered with a non daily bid .You agent would know by checking his hudhomestore account the status of the last bid.

I have been listening to the BP Podcasts every day for the past week and a half and I love it (you know the commute is no longer stressful when you find yourself driving slower so the podcast ends, just as you reach home).I think it was the second podcast where the guest said her goal was to be a "boring success".
