Hi all, New member from Virginia Beach
Scott Menkes here, I am currently a landlord with two properties, 1 4plex completely rented and 1 single family home where i am about to evict my second tenant. I am eager to meet new folks on here and learn more on buying and holding more successfully and we are working to take the plunge in a flip. Both are challenging to find the right property and there is a ton of competition from new Mel's listings that appear worth while to look at. Seeking better ways to find the right flip or another buy and hold.
