WHAT are the ascpects yall use for criteria for picking markets and are there certain sites ?

I'm trying to learn to evaluate a deal by playing around with numbers with bunch of properties. 

., you would at least get to experience life in Hawaii and could easily be able to rent out your Hawaii property and interview local PMs in advance.  

Their final numbers are only as good as their info and methods to evaluate that info....what if both are flawed?

The repairs will be evaluated again by our inspectors before purchase.

You should be able to easily identify the true judgment debtor (as well as prior owner) and clear the title issue in a matter of minutes.If you are not in a position to use appropriate skip tracing software, you are not doing this correctly and should be outsourcing this.

A two-bed unit will typically be occupied by a single person or couple and they can easily wash dishes by hand.

Just got my salesperson license… what questions should I ask the brokerages I’m considering working with to help evaluate which is the best fit?

Nobody os going to want to confront him and will ask me to resolve this issue and this guy is not going to move easily.
