My goal is to buy my first house hack in the DFW area by the end of the year.

I currently work full-time in the medical field for the past 20 years which limits my time.My goal is to move to the Tampa Bay area to be closer to family and get away from winter with REI being full time or supplement my income.

My initial goals in real estate are simple: 1) learn as much as I possibly can 2) find and fund my first deal.

Especially with our long term investment goals in mind.

It might have enough appreciation to offset all the money you throw at the house in payments and maintenance, taxes, etc, but if you want to gamble with your money, there's better ways to do it.I think you need to start with goals and decide if this deal lives up to your deal standards.

I'm interesting in looking at markets in other cities and would like to get involved in multi-family properties and as I continue to learn begin innovating.The ultimate goal for me, like with many, if not most, others, is to attain financial independence as well as security.I'm super excited to get involved and learn as much as I can within this wonderful community!

My goal was $35k a month gross rental income for my personal portfolio and I left my job in July 2014 and I hit that goal in May 2015 - 

My goal with real estate investing is to ultimately be able to provide for my family financially and pass along ten or more rental properties to my son.
