Hello everyone! My name is Neill and I'm a tenderfoot in this real estate investing. I reside in Encinitas, CA which is a little town in San Diego County. Currently I own two single-family properties in Chicago and am following the buy and hold rental strategy. I'm interesting in looking at markets in other cities and would like to get involved in multi-family properties and as I continue to learn begin innovating.

The ultimate goal for me, like with many, if not most, others, is to attain financial independence as well as security.

I'm super excited to get involved and learn as much as I can within this wonderful community!

So far I have read through Brandon Turner's book, The Book on Rental Property Investing, and am beginning for my second read through. I've also bought two of his other books to add to my library of knowledge.
