If any one of the "smaller systems", or "components" break down...the "main system" fails.A few examples would be the "assembly Line", a "house", or my favorite...the "human body".In my case, my system depends on 3 Main systems:  1)  Market Analysis...which tells me where to invest;  2) How Money Works...which tells me How to invest;  3) a Plan...which tells me when to invest.

As you mentioned, I definitely would be interested in buying a moderate to even major fixer upper SFR for cheap and fix it up new to then rent out, and then refinance to repeat the process.

Is the body work damaged?

The bottom unit heat is good but the upper unit heat keeps changing up and down dramatically, 1 day would  be like 80 degree and other day would be like 50 degree.

There is opportunity with fixer uppers or if you start moving out from the city itself.

Inasmuch as we’d like to upgrade to a better home, the thought of paying over $750K for a home seriously makes body parts pucker!
