I would love to hear from some people what their journey's have been like and what were the key things that really got the ball rolling for them! 

title insurance does though and the tilte/escrow company is an agent for the underwriter and just makes a fee for selling the title insurance and that fee can go up of course as the price of the property directly relates to the fee the title insurance costs. but I have never seen sliding scale for escrow components based on price.. now it maybe and i am just spit balling here but under 100k seems to be wholesaler dominated and or other high touch type assets buggered titles and other things that take a lot of time for no extra income.. just a guess.  

It might be trite at this point because we all say it constantly, but no one has a crystal ball.

@Bugsy Sigel- option B  all day long  ....I think this  is more of a long term / conservative  strategy  so  depending on  what yours plans are ...

Since rates are high now doing a loan with low costs is smart in hopes that in the years to come you could refinance (crystal ball says wait 8 years)         lock the 6.99 apply at another company and lock on a 30 and compare.

Yea this is a management company who dropped the ball, they have too many units fill in the blank.

Agreed, none of us have a crystal ball.

They've had my admiration since I was young and have been wonderful role models for me since my high school years.After many years of fantasizing, I attended my first Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting over the weekend and had a ball.

During my time down in Florida, I continued to work remotely while playing ball.

So not exactly the same circumstances, but in the ball park.
