How many hours have I spent stopping in a grocery store to talk the the oldest child of a long lost friend?

Update: the appliances are back to the store and I will do my shopping at the used appliance shop.

Anything short of that, hire an attorney (someone that has handled a dozen or so of these cases) and follow their advise to a tee. 

Make yourself a date to go hang out at a Home Depot or similar store and check local pricing for yourself.

Most of the retailers and big box stores are minimum wage employees, possibly being paid commission, who are by no means experts and just want you to just buy a product or buy a product so their commission is higher.
