Hitting A Finanical road block

HI BP Fam!

So I am a newbie investor and one thing that I find myself struggling to find is financing. Looks like I underestimated that "you need money to make money"! I just thought in some way I could put a deal together and give up a certain percentage of the profit. Kinda learned the hard way that Im going to need to cough something up in order to get started.

Has anyone gone through something similar? What would you suggest? What can I do, what can I figure out that will help me fund by first flip by summer??

Thanks!

I'm not sure what your current living situation looks like but alot of people get into real estate investing by house hacking. Lower % down for a primary residence! Try to live for free while putting $$$ aside for the next deal! Best of luck!
