I have been buying rental properties in south jersey. Recently hired Jules Lieberman esq. of Greenblatt Lieberman to handle an eviction.  THE BEST!!!!  Very knowledgeable, efficient, no BS. Explained the process to the tee. 

I would highly reccomend Jules to anyinvestor for NJ landlord issues
