So I liked taking the phone calls live.My property manager has a different style and not as good of gut (and we don't let him approve tenants without us reviewing) so he does a lot more open houses and CraigsList advertising.I would suggest you do whatever works for you and modify it overtime.

I was leaning towards whitewashing the brick and painting the stucco a complementary color, my wife feels it doesn't fit the style of the house.
