Many manufacturers offer ducted mini split units, along with the standard high wall most people are used to seeing, ceiling cassettes and even a unitary style air handler we're used to seeing in mechanical rooms.

I've got a couple flips where I'm planning on replacing all of the interior doors with pre-hung units since the existing jambs are pretty beat up (some kicked in)... but made me think to ask this question:If the jambs are in good shape, but the doors need to be replaced (say it's a style issue only) AND you'll be replacing the trim, do you go for pre-hung or slab in that case?

Right now I am evaluating a house to purchase.This house is a bungalow with 1 bedroom on the main floor and a loft style 2nd bedroom. 

I'd like to use the cash to possibly purchase a rental or two, either long-term or vacation-style, to create additional cash flow.

I will share something that you find helpful that I recently came across as people can be very innovative when they want to be and, by way of full disclosure, I am thinking about participating with the group as I think the demand is great.

The only item of significance is an old style stereo cabinet that has a built in record player, speakers, etc. with a record collection (about 20 records).
