Okaloosa Island, Destin, Miramar Beach, 30A (Santa Rosa Beach / Dune Allen / Blue Mountain Beach / Grayton Beach / Seaside / WaterColor / Seagrove / Seacrest / Rosemary Beach / Inlet Beach) and Panama City Beach are all great for short term rental investment. 

I wanted to share some pricing data for a 2 bedroom on St Thomas Island in the USVI and what I did.

It is a challenge and we are working and planning to make our investments a profitable investment in the island and growing our rental portfolio overseas.    

In Staten Island it should be much cheaper than $3000 because of the cost of publishing there is cheaper. $3000 seems right for Manhattan and the Bronx if you are using an attorney.
