Looking for someone who Airbnb's in Hawaii

Getting into real estate and I have several ideas already lined up and how I am going to executive them.

One of which I am a bit fuzzy on and don't necessarily know the ins and outs and would love someone who already Airbnb's in Hawaii.

Here is the situation maybe someone can help.

I have a brother who lives on the Big Island up by puna in the Hawaiian Beaches. We want to buy a piece of land, clear it, and build on the property just for him to start with. After which we want to add 2 Airbnb's to the property like a "come live in the jungle, quarter-mile from the beach" or "Jungle-lo". He would manage the properties and I would manage the quests and the check-ins and outs. 

Is there anyone out there who has done this, can give insight, or can tell me what I should be paying attention to in order to execute this correctly?
