Whidbey Island Off-Season - How Busy Is It?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone has a STR on South Whidbey Island that can share with me how busy they are during the "off-season"?

What is the average number of bookings each month in the lovely PNW "gray" season (October-Aprilish)?

I know that things are BOOMING this time of year - I have family that visits in May every year for my son's birthday and sometimes they have a hard time finding a place to rent, even if they look super far in advance!

(I don't have a STR myself, but hope to someday. Until then, I assist owners with their rentals locally and virtually, so am wondering what to expect coming up later this year!)

Hi, I had a beach house property in Gig Harbor and it was slow October to February.  With the exception of Thanksgiving and Xmas.  My summers would book out by February for the most part.  So I could have priced higher, but I liked being assured it was booked when the demand was there.  I think Whidbey may have more demand from some owners I've talked to.
