A 203k Loan is where the purchase price and rehab costs are rolled into a single loan.Assuming you have a respectable FICO you can buy, with a FHA Loan (3-5% down, a 30 year amortization schedule, and a residential loan rate).

It can either be schedule C (Form 1040) as income from a trade or business or Line 21 (Form 1040) as other income.

Some tenants are paranoid about having people in their homes when they are not present but working around everyone's schedule (tenants & repair people) can be nearly impossible.Often tenants ask me if I can go and accompany the HVAC person, plumber, handyman, etc.Thoughts?
