I did an addition 2 years ago , the homeowner couldnt make up her mind about paint colors , she picked the paint and the painters were there , she then changed her mind , she ate the paint cost , and had to pay for the painters for the day .

I can see why wholesaling dominates that end of the business.. because these guys can charge 10 to 20% and buyers could give a rip if it meets what they will pay.. but let a real estate agent charge more than 6% and every one screams like a stuck pig..
