Unless I am remembering incorrectly with parking and fees it was less than $50.I live on the red belt Rt 910, past Draguns almost on Rt. 65 in Fair Oaks.

We are rooting for you.If you don’t have any such trade or idea and want to flip RE and own a few rentals and make 10k a month in “passive” income, you may be underestimating the value of a college degree.

With long enough exposure it will turn your eyes red and irritate your lungs.

An app with ambiguity is a big red flag.

But its a fun business and the Wine makers and vineyardist are quite close knit and take care of each other.My favorite area that has popped up in the last 25 years though is Eastern Washington  Walla Walla area  great Reds from that area.. 

Much of the area the goats once foraged has been destroyed and the property has a huge 100-yard red stripe painted across the center, a fire retardant called Phos-Check.

As long as big named companies and Californians continue to feed into Austin and home prices continue to appreciate 5%+ year over year, you can't look at that and not have excitement to plant roots in one of these gentrifying areas around the city. 

Otherwise they are pretty much identical.The big picture that I'd pass along here is this:  they really are Gala Apples to Red Lady Apples . . . they play in the exact same space and do the exact same functions (wait, that's not true, Zillow doesn't have maintenance request functionality!) 

@Joey Yip there are a lot of red flags here.

Now I am not saying, don't pay for masterminds and education opportunities because I have definitely done that but all I would suggest is to do your due diligence  and see if it is right for you.Another thing I notice from this pitch, is it is awfully confusing and doesn't make sense to me which is another red flag.
