I work full-time, so I am not interested in doing real estate as my day job right now, I just wanted to obtain the license to have access to the MLS and to help with our future flips and rentals that we acquire.

I'm really curious if it's possible to obtain this type of information, even if it's in a limited capacity.

@Tony Marinello income replacement or frequently referred to "Loss of Use" or "Loss of Rents" coverage is often included in the coverages quoted when you obtain an insurance quote.Some companies out there do not automatically include it and that should raise a major red flag to you that they don't have your best interest at hand.If you have other coverage questions or more questions about income replacement, feel free to DM me.Best of luck!

For what you've (and will be) investing in obtaining and maintaining your license @Tyler Stone, you'd been better off using an already established Realtor since, as a Buyer, you don't pay commission- maybe you can share more as to what went into your decision to get licensed? 

I just completed my Delaware pre-licensing sales course to obtain my realtor's license as well, because I've always believed being licensed is a great advantage as an investor.
