Now business is going well and looking to progress to real estate and in a pickle...how?

As I progress the DD process, I like to see the leases, property tax bill, check actual utilities with the provider, appropriate parts of the tax return. 

Re meeting ,buyers database grow and marketing is already in progress as a listing agent i do cma and work with numbers all the time so i will do the numbers very carefully without involving my interest (thats a good point) fha is not an option .i m not leaving where i live just to get a loan ."

Talked to progressive and theirs was over 900 for the year at full replacement.  

In progress of a flip that needs to be listed by May 6th.

I will mainly use this thread to monitor my progress for those who do not know what to do then link to others as my investing progresses.
