Either the bank won't lend me enough money because of other debts or private lenders need too much money down and I would still have to provide fix up costs.Any advice is greatly appreciated.

We own a rental property in GA that was our private home when I was stationed there for the Air Force but are holding no other properties right now.

Now this property is at the end of a dead end street in a very good neighborhood, on a half acre of land. 2100 sq. ft.The issues I see are that it has private sewerage, but it was built in 1981 which is a plus.
