@Steffany Boldrini I’m stuck on the same Question but I’m having a Aah Moment in that’s A properties Governmental troubles originate from from the county records Office an I’m sure for the one that takes the trouble to dig up the information they’ll want a pretty penny I think it’s well worth the effort to just visit them in person and find the information yourself I think by doing that the percentage of finding legit deals goes up Exponentially

I know commission is important, but man there are is a lot more out there than commission percentage, esp if you get stuck in a bad brokerage without the ability to learn or gain experience.
