Adding equity to a single family BRRR
Hello BP friends, I am preparing to invest in my first single family BRRR. I'm thinking about doing renovations and trying to decide what changes will bring back the most equity. I know kitchens and bathrooms are a good first step. Another thing I plan to focus on is the electrical service. The home has a 100 amp panel and I plan to upgrade to 200 amp. I'm and electrician and will be able to do the update myself. I'm just wondering what percentage of return I can expect on upgrading the service when it comes to refinancing. Thanks!
