The rest of it doesnt matter.

Mechanic Liens/Artisan Liens are placed upon property (vehicles, real property, paintings, etc.) that an individual has rendered some type of service upon the property, and the owner of the property does not pay; so long as the individual who performed the service has possession of the property, they have superior title to the property...no matter what...This is obviously harder to do with real property.

There was supposed to be a hearing on this matter June 5, 2015.

The truth of the matter though is that most of the people I buy from have owned the land since forever and have done nothing with it, so what's another 6 months?

I've watched friends get outbid by all cash offers above asking price and deals come and go in a matter of days.

@Michael Barbari- They have not reduced the price on this particular property.From what I am hearing, the age of the listing shouldn't matter as long as the deal is right.
