Craigslist can be another source for leads, if you look for mom and pop landlords renting units.

I have a well paying job working on the road sometimes 45 days straight 7 days a week with no idea of if or when I will be going home. it's been very time demanding to the extreme of barely being able to listen to podcasts, read, or even research and analyze possible leads.

Househunt.com seems popular for buyer leads and has been around a long time.

I could understand him or anyone else saying 'that's stupid, don't pay your house off' if I was the only one living in it, but it's generating $3,200.00 and month in rental income with the possibility of even more if/when I move out of the basement.

If anyone would like to work on this with me to try to find potential 'good deals' in non 'war zone' areas or if anyone [@Ned Carey] could provide a few leads from this overflow list, I'm all ears and willing to do legwork to check out the properties, etc.

Cranking the temp up to compensate is a short term fix that can lead to other issues

We have a chance of an off market opportunity, with income generated from bonus room and bathroom off garage.  

I currently advertise on zillow and receive maybe 20 leads a month for $150.

We have used social media to help get leads on newer contractor option recently.
