Looking for MF in Johnson County.

Have been listening to BP for about two years and am getting close to investing in my first deal. Looking for MF in Johnson County, anywhere in or near Roeland Park, Merriam, OP, PV or Shawnee Mission.

Checked out the MLS and it's very scarce with practically no listings on the KS side. How's the market here and where should I go to find these deals? Would love to connect w/anyone who does MF in the KC area as well. Thanks,
