When my wife and I bought us a new house without selling the old one, the mortgage went in her name only, and they used income from my business that I would transfer into our joint acct.

I just did a podcast yesterday with the incredible Ann Amagrande, and she was successful but unhappy as a flipper because emotionally it didn't align, so she took the leap of faith in her own gut feeling & pivoted into a modified buy and hold business that makes her feel great & that she's really helping people.So that is what I'd do. :)
