If the bedroom closet contains the furnace and you can access it from the bedroom it’s illegal.  

That said I won't go out of my way to F them over either, but I would be ecstatic if the absolutely useless Ohio Division of Real Estate busting them for deceptive unlicensed practices, or if the FCC started busting them for their completely illegal robocalls and SMS spam. 

Most of the posts (and even the first mention, which is episode 2 of BP) are from a long time ago.Have many states made this illegal?

I was hiring on Upwork back when it was Odesk & ELance and the platform now is even worse for screening foreign workers than it was way back when. 

My dad was a Marine; I have no qualms contacting them...unless it's illegal now.Any new feedback?

I’m a frontline healthcare worker who would be living in the rental property.

While Denver and Colorado Springs have benefited the past ten years from people that can live anywhere (aka, remote workers, tech work and digital nomads) because they want a certain quality of life and Denver and Colorado Springs offer that (and then some), I'm wondering what other locations people think will see an influx of remote workers? 

Especially since Washington state has made even implying that non-payment could some day result in eviction is illegal.
