First Time Buyer during CoV19

Posted

I'm a first time buyer and I have so many questions before I have somebody run my credit again. I previously taking a hit with no deal or even an amount we would be approved for. How will covet-19 affect me if I'm not working right now. I'm a gig worker and have been working over for 2 years about how much income do I need to apply for about a $200000 mortgage in Las Vegas are they gonna ask for check stubs Or bank statements from recent months because I'm currently not working but am sitting on a decent amount of money. Also I know I'll be getting unemployment a substantial amount will also be added to my savings. Me and my fiance will be going in on this home together but he did lose his job due to Cov-19 and is also getting a great deal of income from unemployment.
