With your flipping experience, you might want to target like minded investors and specialize in those properties - and you'll need to place your license with a firm that is known for doing that type of business.

Branch out and get on every platform that you can, with the ultimate goal of taking only private bookings from repeat guests....But yes, everyone here is probably a Premier Host or Super Host.
